WHAT TO EXPECT

Making your first appointment can feel somewhat uncertain. Will the needles hurt? How does Chinese medicine work? What do I wear for a massage? We can assure you with this first session we will iron out all the kinks and questions.

For your first session be sure to drink plenty of water before and after and dress in loose clothing. The first session can be anywhere from one hour and an hour and a half.  We will go over all the systems in the body. While what you are coming in for is the most important, the rest of your body can give us direction on how to treat and diagnosis. As acupuncturists we use two very important diagnostic tools, your pulse and your tongue. This will give us a more in-depth look into the whole person approach. We are so grateful that you have trusted us with your healing process.

Please be sure to print and complete the new patient paperwork linked below and bring them to your first appointment, or arrive 15 minutes early to complete your paperwork on site.
